The Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club is built upon the business relationships and personal interaction amongst our members and we look forward to your interest in our organization and your membership into our group. 

According to the Club By-Laws;  Membership shall be open to all individuals who are employed in the management, administration and/or technical support of the marine insurance industry, and any or all related marine positions.

Anyone who wishes to become a member is welcome to submit their application to the Club's First Mate who will then conduct a review of the application with the Membership Committee. Prospective members who submit an application will be notified accordingly after the application has gone through the review process for approval or refusal.  

Please print the application using the link below, complete the appropriate information then forward to the Clubs First Mate with your dues check in the amount of $50 payable to the Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club. Send to FLMC, PO BOX 21750, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33335-1750. Contact infomration for the current year's First mate is available on the Officers home page if you should have any questions. Dues amount will be refunded to any person not approved for membership.
