  Club Worthy Info

 2017 Tropical Cyclone

The Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club would like to express our deepest concern and wishes for a speedy recovery to our friends, business partners, and the many individual families throughout the Caribbean, Southeast United States and Gulf Region who have been impacted by the unprecedented hurricanes of 2017.

These storms have caused immense personal loss, suffering and potentially billions of dollars in damage, much of which may never be recovered or will remain visible for many years ahead.

Our club membership and seminar attendees are comprised of marine insurance professionals and many other persons in closely related fields.  Each and every one of us, or someone we know, has been impacted in some way or another by these storms. The Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club wishes a quick return to normalcy to those affected and asks you, as members of the marine insurance industry, to do your best in helping the restoration process and returning people’s lives back to the way they were, “prior to the loss”.
